Thank You Fairy Much

Hello there and happy Friday! Today I’ve got another fairy card that I’m sharing  using the new Hello Bluebird stamp set Fairy Garden. I’m loving this set and the sweet images it has.  I’m also entering my card into the Sunday Stamps Challenge #203.

To create my card, I used the Hello Bluebird stamp set Fairy Garden along with the coordinating dies. I also used a few images from the Garden Friends stamp set and dies like the butterfly and a flower with stem. I created this card much the same way I created my last card using this set which you can see here except I used different colors. For this card, I blended on some wild honey distress ink in the center and then some wilted violet and then seedless preserves along the the outer edges. After that I watered down some white craft paint and using a paint brush tapped against my hand to add some white splatters all over my ink blended piece. I used the Grassy Hillside Borders die with some simply chartreuse cardstock and blended on some ripe avocado ink along the edges. For my sentiment, I heat embossed with white embossing powder onto black cardstock. I adhered all my images onto my ink blended card front, popping up the butterfly, the two fairies, the mushrooms and cluster of flower along with the two lady bugs using foam tape. Then I used a white gel pen to add highlights and a Wink of Stella clear glitter pen on the fairies wings and the butterfly.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Don't forget, you can follow me on InstagramTwitter and Pinterest to see what I'm up to.
