A Good Egg

Wow the last day of March, I don't know about you but I'm happy spring is here.  It's great to see the trees budding, the birds singing and the grass start to green up.
Today I have two more of the projects I created for last weeks stamp camp.  The card is pretty much a total case of Jodi Collins (kharmagirl) adorable card which you can see here.  Even after creating a few cards with this A Good Egg stamp set I still loved Jodi's card best and I thank her for her inspiration.  For the basket I used Makeesha Byl's tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers which you can find here and created a fun matching Easter basket to go along with the card.

Everything for the basket was pre-cut and the 1 1/4" x 14" strip was seamed together with the pre-punched scallop trim added, pierced and pre-taped with Score Tape so that all my ladies coming to camp would have to do would be to tape their box together, stamp and color their chick, add the handle and wrap the taped piece of designer paper around the outside.

Supplies: A Good Egg, Retired DSP ?, Large Oval punch, Scallop Oval punch, Circle punch, Scallop Circle punch, Scallop border punch, Filigree Brads, Ribbon, Aqua brush, Piercer, Score Tape, Pop dots.

Hope you're having a good day!
