Today I have one of the cards that I created for my Stamp Camp that I held last Wednesday. I used the sketch from the Stampin' Success magazine (for demos only) and wanted to try my hand at making a shabby or vintage flower that I see so many people making. The flower was actually quite easy and fun to make, I used the Extra Large Fancy Flower punch and punched out four flowers then scrunched and crumpled each piece and attached them with a brad in the center. I added my button and scored leaves which were punched from the 5 Petal Flower punch and my Easter greeting from the Well Scripted stamp set that I punched out using the Wide Oval punch. I wanted a card that was clean and simple that could be used for Easter or any occasion just by changing the sentiment.
Supplies: Well Scripted, Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder, Sizzix Top Note die, Extra Large Fancy Flower punch, Wide Oval punch, 5 Petal Flower punch, Ribbon, Button, Brad, Pop dots. Colors: Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink.
Thank you for stopping by!
