Regarding your sleeping issue, I would like to recommend some natural help. Like you, I also do not like taking medication, and I use aromatherapy to help me. Lavender essential oil is a natural relaxant and very useful for getting rest. Just Google it! Here's to a good night's sleep!
I saw this on Dawn's blog, it's too cute!! I'm sorry to hear about your sleeping problems, maybe with the lavender one of those nature tapes, I've always wanted to try those.

The directions on the bottle will tell you how to delute it. I keep mine on my night stand in a pretty blue bottle and squirt the sheets, pillow and myself before bedtime. I hope this might help you. You might also try Melatonin as its a natural hormome found in the brain. I take 2 a night and they really help. As for the Tylenol - try just a half.
