Regarding your sleeping issue, I would like to recommend some natural help. Like you, I also do not like taking medication, and I use aromatherapy to help me. Lavender essential oil is a natural relaxant and very useful for getting rest. Just Google it! Here's to a good night's sleep!

Hello there. I enjoy your blog and check in about everyday to see what's new. Sorry to hear about your sleeping problems. I use Lavender oil and it works like a charm. The directions on the bottle will tell you how to delute it. I keep mine on my night stand in a pretty blue bottle and squirt the sheets, pillow and myself before bedtime. I hope this might help you.

You might also try Melatonin as its a natural hormome found in the brain. I take 2 a night and they really help. As for the Tylenol - try just a half.
