The card for today is for the Color Challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers, the colors that were to be used are Chocolate Chip, Pink Passion and Kiwi Kiss. Since the colors were bright I thought I would try and make a birthday card using them along with the new Stampin' Up hostess set Darling Dots. The Pink Passion panel was embossed with my Swiss Dots embossing folder and the cupcakes were stamped twice, once in Pink Passion and then again in Chocolate Chip, then I cut just the bottoms of the CC cupcakes and glued them onto the PP cupcakes. I also dyed white ribbon to Pink Passion using an ink pad so it would coordinate with my card.
Supplies: Darling Dots, Happy Everything, Ribbon, Brads, Square punches, Scallop edge punch, Embossing folder, Pop dots.
Wow could you believe the bachelor last night? That show was crazy!
