This Valentine is for yesterday's Sketch Challenge #212 over at Splitcoast Stampers. The Karen Lockhart Heart Wreath and be my Valentine sentiment are fun new stamps that I purchased from Susana's Custom Art & Card Design.
After stamping the heart wreath image and coloring it with my Copic markers I used my red Spica glitter pen on all of the roses to add some sparkle. Then the image was cut and embossed with my Nestabilities square die and the narrow stripe of card stock behind the image was embossed using a Cuttlebug embossing folder, I added my sentiment, ribbon and baubles and the card was finished.
Be sure to stop by our Follow Your Heart design team/store blog for Susana's Custom Art & Card Design because Danni (one of our design team members) is doing a fantastic tutorial on paper piecing today!
Thanks for stopping by!
