Christmas Gift Tag Box

The other day my daughter was down in my craft room digging around in my stash of things to alter and pulled out this band aid box. She was bored and was looking for stuff to make a craft, can you imagine a kid these days being bored, wow? Anyhoo, yesterday I decided to make the band aid box that I had gotten at my LSS into a Christmas tag box and just finished it today.

You can see in the close up shot (click to enlarge) that I used the same Lockhart stamp in my previous post but omitted the border by using a square punch for the image, then stamped the snowman again and cut the pom pom from the hat to attach it to the punched out snowman. Once the snowman was punched out I colored him with my Copics and matted the image using my Nestabilities die, then added dazzling diamonds to his pom pom and snowflakes.
In the photo here it shows only six tags but I actually made a total of ten to go inside the box. The tags measure 2 1/4"x 3 1/4" and fit nicely into the band aid box, I used my SU corner tag punch on the corners and scallop square punch as a mat for the images. The little stamped trees on the tags are SU from the set Holiday Blitz and the mittens and snowman are Karen Lockhart.
