Gran’s Garden Collection

Hello and Happy Saturday!  Right before the holidays I ended up creating batches of cards to give as gifts, I used the Papertrey Ink stamp set Gran’s Garden for each of the cards I created and switched up the colors, layouts and designs.  Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing the collection of cards I made here on my blog.
For my first card, I used the colors pure poppy, scarlet jewel, berry sorbet, enchanted evening, harvest gold and summer sunrise.  All of my card were created on a white card base.  I used the Mix & Mat: Scallop die, die cutting it from white cardstock and blended on some summer sunrise.  Next I stamped my birthday cheer sentiment from the Make it Market Kit: Don’t Forget to Write and die cut two of the Sending die cut words from the same kit and glued them together and added that right above my stamped sentiment.  This scalloped panel was then adhered to my white card base with foam tape and I added my flowers and stems, popping up the top poppy flower with foam tape and adding yellow Stickles to the centers of the flowers.
For my next card, I used the colors winter wisteria, royal velvet, aqua mist, tropical teal, enchanted evening and kraft.  This time I blended on some aqua mist directly onto my card front and glued on a Single Stitched Line Oval Frame, stamped the parts to my sentiment (again from the MIM Kit: Don’t Forget to Write) and added my die cut word, Note which I die cut twice and glued together.  I adhered my flowers along the bottom of the oval, popping up the royal velvet flower on top.  I added a few iridescent sequins and some Stickles to the centers of the flowers.
For my third card for today, I used the colors pure poppy, scarlet jewel, berry sorbet, hibiscus burst, raspberry fizz, harvest gold, summer sunrise, ripe avocado and simply chartreuse.  I did the same as the card above just used a different layout and colors.
Thank you for stopping by and be sure to visit tomorrow for more of my Gran’s Garden Collection.
