The two cards I have for today are for Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge, the colors for the challenge are Garden Green, Pumpkin Pie and Lavender Lace. When I first saw the colors for the challenge I was a little apprehensive because they weren't colors I would normally combine but after working with them they grew on me.
Supplies: Upsy Daisy, Perfect Details Texturz Plate, Scallop Trim border punch, Beautiful Wings Embosslits die, Ribbon, Piercer, Pop dots.
This second card is for the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge as well as Stacey's Color Challenge. This card really was a challenge because I wanted to use designer paper but didn't have any in these colors and struggled with this layout.
Supplies: Great Friend, Sincere Salutations, Ribbon, Nesties, Pearls, Perfect Details Texturz Plate, Sponge, Pop dots.
I love them both! The Upsy Daisy card is particularly great. Super use of some hard colors!!

ReplyDeleteI can see where you would be challenged...they are all so bold. But, they look awesome together. I love both cards. I find I have a challenge when I don't have DSP to work with.

I was thinking of asking you if you don't mind making two birthday cards for me for their fall birthday. Since they fell love with the cards that you just made it. Good job, Lynn! Please let me know.
