Good Neighbors

Today I needed to see some bright colors because for the last few days here in Michigan it's been grey and dreary outside.  I used Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch #52 from a few weekends ago to create this card with some new Sale-a-bration goodies.  I used the stamp set Good Neighbors and the coordinating designer paper Welcome Neighbor, the stamp set Whimsical Words and the Scallop Trim Border punch.  The grass was made by using the regular Scallop border punch, punching once and then shifting the paper slightly and punching again.  The little mini butterfly was added by using the new Beautiful Wings Embosslits die and it may be hard to see but the roof on the house was stamped and popped up.
Thanks for stopping by!

  3. Love your card Lynn! Your birdie Valentine's are super cute too! What a fun idea. We all ate enough chocolate at Christmas - well, not that I would ever so no to chocolate...lol!
    Cheers,

  5. Great card! I did one very similar this past weekend for my stamp camp in a couple of weeks and I kept thinking that there was something missing. It was the grass! Thanks for the idea...I just love it.
