This Wreathabella Christmas card is for Jen's Sketch for You to Try and for someone on my Christmas card list. The Bella was colored using my Copics and then I used Dazzling Diamonds on the pom poms on her hat and boots, Spica glitter pen on her scarf and Glaze Gelly pen on all the berries in the wreath and hat. Then I cut and embossed the image using my Nestabilities die and added the photo corner and gems. The designer paper is a mix of Dashing Christmas paper which is retired and Bella Rose designer paper and the colored card stock I used was Real Red, Kiwi Kiss and Whisper White. I'm wishing I had photographed this card in the day light because my pictures always come out better when I do, but today I didn't have a chance. ReplyDeleteHow fun, great job Lynn!! I don't have a photo tent, but I do have 2 Ott lights that I use if I can't get a good daylight picture....so not sure if that helps at all, but I'm happy with the results I get with those:-) Hugs, Kelly

ReplyDeleteLynn, I think your card is super and the photograph looks great! I struggle with my photography skills too! Somewhere on line I saw a homemade box made with foam core board. If I find it, I'll email you the info!

I just wanted to tell you how gorgeous your card is! :) I also wanted to let you know that I was debating whether or not to get a photo tent and after talking to Taylor VanBruggen and Mary Fish about it, I decided it's worth it! :) Both women produce the most gorgeous pictures of their cards and I know they don't have extremely expensive cameras.
