Hostess Gift

Tomorrow I have a Stampin' Up workshop and as a thank you to Cathy the hostess I made her a Christmas tag pouch with a few tags inside. All you have to do is use a 6"x6" clear page protector for a scrapbook and cut the binding off the side where the holes are and tape it to a 6 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of card stock, score at the 6 1/2" end at 2" for the fold down flap, punch some holes for ribbon and you've got yourself a tag pouch. For the inside I used Stampin' Up's Dashing designer Christmas paper but you could also stamp a piece of 6"x6" card stock and put that inside of the sheet protector. The next thing you need to do is fill it up with some tags, I made this one Christmas but you could do tags for different occasions, I used the stamp set Perfect Presentation and tried to stamp most of the stamps in both Real Red and Old Olive and do a little layering on each tag to give them each a bit of detail.
Hope she likes it!

  7. I am so glad you posted this picture on SCS then added directions to your blog. I have always wondered what people use to make those. Now I will be purchasing some 6x6 protectors to case this idea. Thanks for sharing.
