SSSC#204/RIC#52 - Hello You

 Hi there!  It's time for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #204.

 

For my card I used the Papertrey Ink stamp set Trendy Tree Tops along with the coordinating die to create a thinking of you card for a special friend.  The inspiration for my card is from the Runway Inspired Challenge #52 which is the photo above.  After looking at the inspiration photo above, I was originally going to create something floral and romantic but in the end decided to go with something cheerful and fun.

SSSC#203 - More Birthday...

Hello!  It's time for the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #203 and yes if you follow my blog, I have another birthday card for this week.  For some reason I always end up stamping more birthday cards right around this time of year and they usually look like I feel...ready for SPRING.  After the holidays are over, here in Michigan at least it's just the winter months left until we start seeing something green growing outside.  Don't get me wrong I love the changing seasons, it's just the older I get the less I like this time of year.

 For my card I used the Papertrey Ink stamp sets Garden Variety, Think Big Favorites #12 and instead of the flowers that come with the Garden Variety set I used the Mini Blooms set to create a bouquet of flowers.

 For my card I used the Papertrey Ink stamp sets Daydreamer and Think Big Favorites #16 to create a birthday card (yes I accidentally forgot to add a button or embellishment like on the sketch, but oh well)

SSSC#201 - Happy Birthday
